INFORMATION ACCORDING TO ART. 13 D. LGS. 196/2003


Article. D. Decree Law 196/2003 (the Act), and in relation to personal data of which the Board of Examiners of the "Scholarship Piero Saved" will come into our possession, we inform you as follows:


PURPOSE 'OF DATA.
Treatment finalizzato unicamente per le attività relative alla selezione e valutazione per l’eventuale assegnazione di Borse di Studio.


MODALITA’ DEL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI
a) Il trattamento è realizzato per mezzo delle operazioni o complesso di operazioni indicate all’art. 4 comma 1 lett. A) T.U. : raccolta, registrazione, organizzazione, conservazione, consultazione, elaborazione, modificazione, selezione, estrazione, raffronto, utilizzo, interconnessione, blocco, comunicazione, cancellazione e distribuzione dei dati.
b) Le operazioni possono essere svolte con o senza l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici o comunque automatizzati.
c) Il trattamento è svolto by the owner and dall'incaricato treatment.


DATA.
Providing personal data is strictly necessary for the conduct of activities referred to in paragraph 1.


REFUSAL OF DATA
Refusal by the individual to give personal information in the case referred to in paragraph 3, will make it impossible to accomplish the activities referred to in paragraph 1. It is therefore not being able to proceed to the collection and processing of them will be impossible to accept the application for participation in the contract.


DATA COMMUNICATION
Personal data may be disclosed to those processors and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to external collaborators, and in general all those subjects which the communication is necessary for the proper implementation of the purposes described in section 1.



DISCLOSURE OF DATA The personal data are not disclosed.








DATA ABROAD
Personal data may be transferred to EU countries and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1.


RIGHTS
Article. 7 TU grants the specific rights, including to obtain, from the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their providing in an intelligible form, the person concerned has the right to know the origin of the data, the goals and methods of treatment, the logic applied to the treatment, the identity of the owner and individuals to whom the data may be communicated after the person concerned has the right to obtain updating, rectification, and integration of data, deletion, transformation into anonymous form or block of data in violation of the law, the owner has the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the treatment dei dati.


TITOLARE DEL TRATTAMENTO
Titolare del trattamento è la Commissione Esaminatrice della “Borsa di Studio Piero Salvati” istituita presso l’Associazione Borsa di Studio Piero Salvati ONLUS con sede in Tortona (AL), Corso Repubblica, 48.
Responsabile del trattamento è il dott. Andrea Salvati.
