INFORMATION ACCORDING TO ART. 13 D. LGS. 196/2003
Article. D. Decree Law 196/2003 (the Act), and in relation to personal data referred to the Board of Examiners the "Scholarship Piero Saved" will come into our possession, we inform you as follows:
- PURPOSE 'OF DATA.
The treatment is intended only for activities relating to the selection and evaluation for the possible allocation of scholarships.
- RULES 'OF DATA
a) The treatment is effected by means of transactions or series of transactions listed in Art. 4, paragraph 1 letter. A) TU: collection, recording, organizing, storing, retrieving, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and distribution of data.
b) operations can be performed with or without the use of electronic or automated means.
c) The treatment is done by the owner and dall'incaricato treatment.
- DATA.
Providing personal data is strictly necessary for the conduct of activities referred to in paragraph 1.
- REFUSAL OF DATA
Refusal by the individual to give personal information in the case referred to in paragraph 3, will make it impossible to fulfill the activities referred to in paragraph 1. It is therefore not being able to proceed collection and processing of them will be impossible to accept the application for participation in the contract.
- DATA COMMUNICATION
Personal data may be disclosed to those responsible for treatment and may be disclosed for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 to external collaborators, and in general all those subjects such disclosure is necessary for the proper implementation of the purposes described in section 1.
- DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Personal data are not disclosed.
- DATA ABROAD
Personal data may be transferred to EU countries and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1.
- RIGHTS
Article. TU 7 gives the exercise of certain rights, including to obtain, from the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their providing in an intelligible form, the person concerned has the right to know of 'data source, purpose and modalità del trattamento , della logica applicata al trattamento, degli estremi identificativi del titolare e dei soggetti cui i dati possono essere comunicati; l’interessato ha inoltre diritto di ottenere l’aggiornamento , la rettificazione, e l’integrazione dei dati , la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione della legge , il titolare ha diritto di opporsi , per motivi legittimi, al trattamento dei dati.
- TITOLARE DEL TRATTAMENTO
Titolare del trattamento è la Commissione Esaminatrice della “Borsa di Studio Piero Salvati” istituita presso l’Associazione Scholarship Piero Salvati NGO based in Tortona (AL), Corso Repubblica, 48.
